Get token with password
Write your username and password then click "Get Token" and copy your access token.
You can use app passwords(instead of your password) get your app password from here
Write fbliker or something and get your app password.
If you see Checkpoint, login facebook account from other browser tab.
Also try to disable Two-factor authentication
